Wild Kingdom

Tonight on Wild Kingdom, we'll travel to the webdisaster apartment in Decatur, where we'll witness the feeding habits of the rare and endangered Decaturian cockatiel, as well as its feline neighbors. The cockatiel has called Decatur its home for over 500 years, when it migrated here from its tropical home in... uh... Tropicana. It has adapted well to its new habitat, as you will see shortly. Without further ado, we present you with this rare footage of this majestic bird in action.
Here we see the male Decaturian cockatiel foraging for a light snack in its native habitat. Perhaps there's something in this strange little cave...
Jackpot! It's a tortilla chip, the bird's favorite treat. He usually prefers lime flavored Tostitos, but these El Matador chips will work for now until the Tostitos come back in the spring.
Here we see the ferocious bird going in for the kill. The poor little tortilla chip never had a chance.
It appears all is going well. The bird has an almost endless supply of chips. But nature has its way of knocking you off your perch...
Surprise!!! The fierce Decaturian calico strikes from below. While you would think the feline is eying the bird as its prey, this particular cat is only after the chips.
In a display of friendship that is rarely seen in the animal kingdom, the cockatiel picks up the chip...
.. Takes it over to the edge of the table...
...And drops it in a show of good faith and companionship.
The cat is ecstatic that the normally greedy bird decided to share the wealth.
God bless you, bird. You're a true friend.
Back for more!
The feast continues...
You people are morons. Leave me out of this.
Kiki, lord of the apartment!!!
