After the original 3 episodes of Dragon Ass appeared in Grandpa's Lap, I decided to re-tool the whole concept and make a real book out of it. I did a whole bunch of character sketches and an 11 page layout for the beginning of the book, but never got any further than that.
Here's page 6. Some kind of fox creature sitting on a stump looking for rodents. It was mainly an atmospheric sort of page, so I didn't draw much detail, leaving that for future Scott to take care of.
